Crystal has removed her ENTIRE blog. Could you fill us in on what you thought we would learn from her?

Thanks!

I love meal planning. After 8 years of marriage I have found it best for us to plan weekly. I generally base it on what is on hand and on sale. I do have the list in my head of what we generally eat so I know what to keep my eye out for when things go on sale. Also, I plan for every meal and every meal must have meat, not just protein but MEAT:), though eggs will suffice for breakfast or in a pinch - that's how we roll! Love this section! Always great to have new ideas and remiders of things that have been lost in the shuffle.
