I usually freeze first and then I bake for one-hour at about 325 degrees, sometimes it takes a little longer. Either way would work though.

I LOVE this recipe and it’s always a hit. I add a can of black beans and tomatoes, stretches it and makes the Zataran’s milder.
I noticed the Zataran’s black beans and rice are on sale at Kroger, .40 off this week.

This recipe was a big hit! The only change I made was to spread a queso cheese (Sam’s Club) on the inside of the tortilla.
this recipe is very good. i think it taste as good as any mexican restaurant.
