I spent $52 this week at Kroger and Publix (much better). Here is my plan:
Sunday- pancakes, omelets and bacon for lunch, leftovers for dinner
Monday- BBQ Salmon (your recipe)and spinach salad
Tuesday- Meatloaf, asparagus and mashed potatoes
Wednesday- Shrimp and Pasta (your recipe), asparagus
    Thursday- Leftovers
Friday- Frozen pizza for the boys, I’m going out with friends!
Saturday- Chicken and Dumplings or Tacos
I think next week I’ll try more breakfast and lunch planning and see how it goes! Your menu looks yummy!!

Our families must have similar tastes- we’d enjoy all of your meals! 🙂

My budget-friendly menu this week is using things from our pantry and freezer- and after I clean out the pantry this afternoon, I’ll probably be able to do that again next week. My menu is HERE on my cooking blog if you’d like to check it out!

Okay, I’m braving it and posting my menu! I will add…we eat meat at every meal and I plan each meal in a spreadsheet. As I add the meals I have a spreadsheet at the bottom in categories for groceries I need and which store I will buy them. I generally make one or two stops depending on sales. Anyway, here goes…
Breakfast – eggs, toast, fruit, juice, coffee or Oatmeal, sausage, or pancakes and eggs
Lunch – Quiche, hash browns and Snicker Salad (we had company Sunday), Turkey sandwiches, fruit, chips and salsa, leftovers
Dinner – S – Leftovers – clean out the fridge for the week:), M – Fish, Knorr Side and Broccoli, T – Chicken and Dumplings with Salad, W – Black Bean Enchiladas, Guac and Chips, Th – Chili and Cornbread with salad, Fri – Homemade Pizza with salad, S – Leftovers (church night so we keep it easy!)
