I came to your site from your guest post.

Another thing you can do is to substitute beans for the meat in the recipe. For instance, when I make taco soup, I don’t put any meat in it at all.

We go meatless most nights.

We also grow a garden in order to provide fresh fruits and vegetables. Our goal is to provide most of our fruits and vegetables from our own garden. Right now, we are eating lettuce, swiss chard, green onions, herbs, artichokes, asparagus, and spinach from our garden.
