How do you store the stock?
Can you freeze it or do you usually use it the next day?
Thanks!!
Yes, you can freeze the stock. Tip: pour your stock into a freezer bag and lay flat on a cookie sheet and slip it on top of something in your freezer. Once frozen you have a very thin bag of stock that will barely take up any room! And don’t forget to lable your bag.

I”m trying the recipe in the crock pot, but I’m a little scared. I thought crock pot foods had to have liquid in them??? Can you clarify?
My family’s going to volunteer at Graceworks to sort food later (this is something people can do with your kids to help the flood victims!), so the crockpot was optimal. But I’m just needing a little reassurance! 🙂
So, are you saying you cook it for four hours on low? Thanks!
I cook mine in the crock pot, on low for about 4-5 hours. I ball up a few pieces of foil and set the chicken on the foil.
