   Just wanted you to know that you posted this the day after I had made a pork roast! Seeing that my husband loooovvveessss Cuban sandwiches, I knew I had to try it. They turned out so yummy – I used my grill pan and smushed them down with a cast iron skillet. Definitely going in the regular rotation!
