I’ll be having my Kitchen Prep Day on Tuesday, so stay tuned for more! I know you might see a lot of the same sides each night, that is because I make it a goal to eat a salad at a minimum of 4 nights a week. I truly believe that at least half of our meal must be vegetables, which I know I can attempt by serving a large salad each night! I just switch it up each week depending on what vegetables are on sale each week.
