The downy coupon posted that is 2.00 off is for the 90 load, but the ad says 41-60 oz. Is this the same thing?

I noticed that lots of the $4 off of 4 deals had expired coupons for 4/30/10. Does that imply that Kroger takes expired coupons since these sales don’t start until after that expiration?
