   This is a delicious salad. I’ve been making it during warm months for years. Once I get started eating it, it’s hard to stop. I’ve made it with prepared salad dressing and without avocado, but I like your from-scratch way and I love avocado, so I think it’s time to change things up a bit. Thanks for reminding me that it’s time to start eating this again!

   This is one great salad, I could have eaten the whole bowl of it myself, my hubby and 15 month old loved it too. I made it last night to have with our chicken with lime sauce and we will have the rest Thursday with out Cinco meal.
