   is anyone else having problems with this? when i click to personalize the magnet, the personalization page will not show up properly

   I was able to create a magnet on the site (for birthday party favors) however I noticed that there was a shipping charge too. I called and spoke to someone who informed me that due to overwhelming response they no longer offer the free shipping, just the free magnets (with $8 shipping). I ended up cancelling my order out. What a bummer!
