Cucumber Sandwich Spread & Dip

This is a nice, thick, creamy, fresh spread for a sandwich or it can be used as a vegetable dip. I love cream cheese, so I love this!  Plus it is a great way to use a lot of cucumbers.

Cucumber Sandwich Spread & Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 large or 2 medium cucumbers, seeded and diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Texas Pete, a few dashes
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon dill (1 tablespoon fresh dill)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and chill.
