This is a nice, thick, creamy, fresh spread for a sandwich or it can be used as a vegetable dip. I love cream cheese, so I love this! Plus it is a great way to use a lot of cucumbers.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 large or 2 medium cucumbers, seeded and diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- Texas Pete, a few dashes
- 1 teaspoon fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon dill (1 tablespoon fresh dill)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and chill.
