    This sounds great! I have been a missionary in Mexico for 7 1/2 years and I really cannot cook good Mexican food! We are on furlough now so this recipe looks like it will remind us of Mexico! Thanks for sharing.

    I can not wait to try this. I am looking for new crock pot recipes since soccer season is upon us – which means many late nights. We love Mexican so this will be great!!
