I’ve found that making salsa fresca at home is both simple and incredibly rewarding. Fresh tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, obgyn free clinic and a touch of jalapeño make for a vibrant, flavorful dip. I like to adjust the heat and acidity to my taste. It’s perfect for chips, tacos, or even as a salad topping.
