At what point do you flash freeze the dough? Do you freeze it in balls and let it thaw out before rolling it? Also, at what temperature do you bake the pizza?

I tried your pizza dough recipe tonight and I am in love. We made one crust plain and added crushed garlic, parmesan and oregano to the other dough. So good!!!!! Thanks for the recipe.
