I’m curious….Do you think this would be alright without the garlic? Or is there a good substitute for it? My daughter reacts to garlic. Thanks!
When you say “Toss apple slices with vinaigrette to keep from browning.” – do you mean the vinaigrette you made in Step #1? Or do you mean a separate vinaigrette? If so, what type?
Yes, sorry! Just toss them with the vinaigrette you just made.
Ok thanks so much!
This looks great! Hey, instead of throwing out cabbage you can always dehydrate it for soups and casseroles in the future. That’s what I did recently.
That’s a good salad and a good meal I really loved it so much I am going save some leftovers for tomorrow.
Cabbage salad with apples and ginger vinaigrette perfectly combines crunch, sweetness, and a zesty kick. I love how the fresh nursing homes in Pasadena ingredients create a refreshing, nutrient-packed dish that’s both light and satisfying. It’s an easy way to add vibrant flavors and healthy textures to any meal or gathering.
