Here are my favorite deals at Publix this week. This is a really big ad!! There are lots of great BOGO & $1 deals for your 4th of July BBQ this weekend! It’s also a great week to stock up on condiments, canned beans & dressings. Remember that seasonal items are typically at their rock-bottom prices right now (can’t get much cheaper than Free, can you?!!). Thanks to I Heart Publix for help in compiling these.

:: Don’t forget to checkout the Advantage Buy Flyer deals before heading out!

It is my understanding that the Publix that is at the corner of Concord Road and Nolensville Road does not accept competitor coupons, such as Target, Walgreen’s, CVS, etc.

I was told only grocery store soupons such as Kroger.

They normally will take Target IF it is close by. Target is to far away from that location, and they dont accept any of the pharmacy coupons :(

The Publix in Smyrna (on Sam Ridley) accepts Target. The one at Nolensville/Concord Rd does accept competitor coupons – they take Kroger, Whole Foods, Food Lion & Harris Teeter.

Each store decides their own list of acceptable competitors. If you look on the turnstyles at the front of the store, they have their “new” coupon policy printed on a 5×5 card. On the back they have listed what that specific store will accept as competitor coupons.

I actually got out and hit Publix before work today and it was soooo worth it! The shelves are often cleared by the time I get there after work but I got $50 in groceries and a $50 gas card for $45, so basically a $5 overage!

Does anyone one know if the Publix in Brentwood, TN off Old Hickory Blvd (not the Nipper’s Corner location) accepts Target coupons?

My Publix has a Target close by and my cashier told me tonight after handing my Target coupons back to me that they had stopped accepting Target coupons. This is in the Murfreesboro area.
