Who sells the Sunday paper for $1 on Sunday? I haven’t found anyone in the 37174 zip that does that. Our food budget is $125/month with food allergies. Lots of rice & pasta… very little meat & fresh produce, veggies.

Thank you so much for your information. I have been reading your site everyday. I t gives me support and useful information. I am a single mother trying to put my daughter through college. I work in child care and don’t make much money. (But I love my job) I also have several medical conditions and my medication costs a lot. (Please don’t feel sorry for me, I just want to give you my background).

You have helped me save money on groceries so I can help pay for books for my daughter’s classes, there is money to help pay for my medications. I have learned to meal plan and keep track of what is in my freezer. (That is were I was losing money).

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

I used to stress over buying things like hairspray, toothbrushes and birthday gifts. I did not want to eat up my food money with items like these that can be pricey if you just go out and buy them without looking at sales or using coupons. Now I pay nothing to .25 for items like toothpaste, hairspray, deoderant etc… I stock up when something is on sale and I have learned to shop with coupons and sales for birthday presents. Now that it is a habit I do not spend as much time on couponing, it has saved us lots of $$!! Thanks!!

Does anyone know if it is cheaper to make your bread as opposed to buying it. If so, does anyone have a good 100% Whole Wheat recipe or anything that is healthier than white bread.
    Thanks!
