Quick question: Can you get the $5 off more than once? For example, can i buy 20 things off the list and get the “sale” prices on all items (aka $10 off)? Thank you!!!
Yes, you normally can do up to 3 “deals” per transaction. So if you buy 30 items, you’ll get $15 off your total.
I’ve done three “deals” in the past with no problems
Can you price match any of the “mega event” items at Walmart? Our Kroger is quite a drive away and I would love to take advantage of some of these deals!
If it is in an ad, you should be able to do that. I might call first to qualify what their idea of “price matching” is first. 🙂
Just FYI: I posted on another thread about Walgreens having Mortons salt for .50 and wanting to know if that was a good deal…. Went to Kroger today and Kroger brand salt was .32!!! 🙂 Score!
My Kroger here in Troy, MI let me do 6-$5 off sets equaling $30 off in one transaction. I asked customer service and they said that there is no limit. So, combined with coupons, I got some great deals on pantry stock-up items this week. Some friendly advice from one couponista to another-be sure to keep count as you put each item in your cart and dbl. check again BEFORE you cash out. I’ve miscounted a few times and it’s a pain getting an adjustment at the service counter.
