   Hi … I do all of the cooking and end up not eating! And I usually don’t have much left over because I send it all home with the rest of my family. I do however keep enough for at least one full “turkey day” meal for my mom and I. I make sure I pack the stuffing just right so when I go to warm it up I can cut it in slices and “fry” it in a skillet with a little butter! It is very yummy!!! One of the things I do keep more of is the homemade cranberry sauce. This year I will make sure there is enough for me to make a turkey pot pie.
