Great idea! My husband and I will be doing the same. We are making meatloaf, pasta with brussell sprouts and mushrooms, and a spinach salad.

Valentine’s Day dinner at home is a great idea. Just be sure you make it special. Don’t cook your regular Wednesday night dish. Instead make your partner’s favorite dish or something that you wouldn’t normally have. Kick it up a notch with some candles and romantic music. You don’t need to go to a packed restaurant to show how much you care.
