by Kelly on February 23, 2012 · 7 comments

In this video, Kelly talks with the moms of children who receive the Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes. With the aid of an interpreter, she finds out just what your gifts of Operation Christmas Child Shoe Boxes mean to the mothers of the children, and how it impacts and encourages their faith in Christ.

Be sure to check out Kelly’s other posts about her mission trip to Ecuador.

Do you participate in Operation Christmas Child? How does it make you feel to know that the boxes not only impact but the children, but also their sweet mothers?

WOW! What a blessing to know that these shoeboxes mean so much to these families, thank you for your ministry. It is very touching to see these boxes really being delivered.
Praying as you continue this wonderful mission.

Such a small contribution on the giving end can make such an enormous difference on the receiving end. Thanks for reminding us of that. God bless.

Kelly Thanks so much for sharing about your trip. Here in Mexico so little means so very much to the people. Just to give an example minimum wage here is $8.00 a day. This is for 8-12 hours of work. We have been blessed to help give away the Samaritain’s purse boxes many times. Just to see the smiles on the kids faces showing them that Jesus love them and cares about them and their needs. For many that is the only gift they will get. I know that you touched many hearts and lives during your trip. Praise God !!
