I was so looking forward to getting started on this with your weekly meal plan. While I am glad you had a mission trip, I am extremely disappointed that I went out and bought 2 newspapers for the coupons, expecting you to lay out a weekly meal plan with my store sales and newspaper coupons. i thought this would be my week to start saving a lot of money and serve decent meals for my family without the stress of last minute panics about what we are going to have. My FPU class has me on a budget and I was hoping all these things would converge for me this week. is there another website that does what you do, that can pick up the slack when you are not available?

Also, I went to compare your “price list” to my 3 stores nearby. Your prices are WAY LOWER than their sale prices. I don’t get it! UGGGRRR

Kristin – I’m sorry to hear you’re discouraged. Which stores are you comparing the list to? I live in TN, so the prices I list are from stores in my region (Publix, Kroger, etc.). Food prices tend to vary by region, so I would encourage you to use it as a template for the prices in your region. Hope that helps.

Kristin, are you scrolling all the way down? There are weekly meal plans for any store, and Kroger, and Publix–so even though Kelly didn’t post, you can still use your coupons and put together a great menu. I only shop at Kroger, so I use what they put up for it. Also, you have to click to go to the Kroger coupon post where they have everything matched up for your coupons. You will get the hang of it! Don’t give up!
