   I love roasted pumpkin seeds! Thanks for the recipe. Seeds from smaller pumpkins aren’t as “woody” as those from large pumpkins.

   Just made this. LOVE IT!!! The coconut oil I used wasn’t liquid it was semi-solid. I doubled the recipe except only using 1/4 c. of sugar for 2 c. of seeds. It tasted like peanut brittle. Thanks you the recipe:)
