Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe

- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of green onions, chopped (both green and white parts)
- 1 14-ounce can of artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed, and roughly chopped
- 4 tablespoons hot sauce (Tabasco, Frank’s RedHot, Texas Pete, i.e. your favorite)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients except for artichokes.
- Fold in artichokes.
- Pour into shallow baking dish.
- Cover and bake on 350 for one hour, until bubbly and hot.
- Serve hot with crackers, chips, or assorted breads.
