Turnip Greens

Serves: 6-8
- 8-10 cups turnip greens, washed and square cut
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 1 onion, diced
- 3-5 slices bacon, diced
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash or Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- In a medium to large stock pot, cook onions and bacon over medium-high heat, until fully cooked, about 4 minutes.
- Add stock, greens, and seasoning and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce to a simmer for 30-45 minutes.
- Serve in soup bowls with broth, and bread for dipping.
