Dark Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
- 1½ cups dark chocolate almond milk (you can substitute vanilla almond milk and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder)
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- 2-3 drops of liquid stevia
- ½ cup of frozen blueberries
- Pour the almond milk into a large glass bowl or a mason jar with a lid.
- Add the chia seeds and liquid stevia and mix well.
- Pour in the blueberries and mix once more.
- Place it in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Serve in a pretty bowl garnished with mint leaves.
