I love the Christmas Brunch that we have on Christmas Day morning. I don’t want to miss any of the excitement of the kids opening their gifts, so I do as much ahead of time as I can. Here’s what is on our menu:
Fruit Salad with Orange Marshmallow Glaze* – A combination of grapes, bananas, apples, oranges and pecans, with a light orange-marshmallow glaze. This can be made the night before, and then I peel and slice the bananas to add right before serving.
Chocolate Gravy and Easy Biscuits — This is a family tradition and the one thing worth standing over the stove to fix!
A good way to keep yourself organized for this weekend is by writing it all down. Use my Prep Day Planner to get all the meals and dishes you are preparing organized.
