Ham & Cheese Quiche

  • premade pie crust or homemade
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • ¾ cup milk
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup diced ham
  1. If you are using a pre-made pie crust, let it sit out at room temperature while you gather and mix ingredients. If you try to roll it out cold it will crack.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Lay pie crust into pie plate. Fill bottom of crust with cheese and ham. I am very generous with the ham and cheese, that is what makes it so tasty!
  4. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper (to taste) and pour over ham and cheese into pie crust.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes. Center will not jiggle when done.
