Corned Beef Brisket

  • 2-3 lb corned beef brisket ($2.49/lb is a good price)
  • ½ cup water
  • seasoning packet included
  1. Cover the bottom of the pot with enough water to come up to the bottom of the brisket, to keep it from burning or sticking.
  2. Place the brisket in fat side up.
  3. Sprinkle enclosed seasoning packet over the top.
  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
