Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Serves: 4-6
  • 1 lb thin beef, sliced and marinated in soy sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced (red, orange or yellow)
  • 2 pkgs frozen broccoli, stems removed
  • 2-3 cups brown rice, cooked
  • Bottled stir fry or teriyaki sauces
  1. Heat up a skillet (I use my trusty iron one) and brown meat.
  2. Once meat is browned, add vegetables and cook until cooked through about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add favorite stir fry sauce and heat through.
  4. Serve over rice.
