Grilled Hawaiian Pizza
- Roll pizza dough out into 4 medium sized crusts.
- Brush one side with olive oil and put onto a medium hot grill.
- Pour olive oil onto uncooked side.
- Brush olive oil evenly over crust.
- Grill for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Turn crust over.
- Cover cooked side with sauce.
- Add ham, cheese, and red pepper flakes.
- Add cheese and cook just until cheese melts.
- Cook on second side for about 3 minutes, just until golden brown.
- Be careful not to burn and add ingredients quickly so cheese can melt and bottom won’t burn.
- Tip: Turn off burners directly under pizza, turn burners to side on high, and close grill. The secondary heat should help melt cheese faster.
