Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie
Serves: About three 8-ounce servings
- 1-2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup milk (Cow’s milk, Almond milk, Chocolate milk, Coconut milk, or Chocolate Almond milk)
- 1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter (creamy or natural)
- 1 scoop of whey chocolate protein powder or 1 Tablespoon of cocoa powder
- Put ingredients in blender or Magic Bullet .
- Blend for 30-45 seconds or until desired consistency.
- TIP: If it is too thick, I just keep adding milk until it's where I want it.
