Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie
Serves: About three 8-ounce servings
  • 1-2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup milk (Cow’s milk, Almond milk, Chocolate milk, Coconut milk, or Chocolate Almond milk)
  • 1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter (creamy or natural)
  • 1 scoop of whey chocolate protein powder or 1 Tablespoon of cocoa powder
  1. Put ingredients in blender or Magic Bullet .
  2. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until desired consistency.
  3. TIP: If it is too thick, I just keep adding milk until it's where I want it.
