Homemade Whipped Cream | Tips for Making Whipped Cream
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
  1. Chill bowl and beaters for ten minutes in the freezer.
  2. Remove cream from refrigerator and pour immediately into cold bowl. It is very important that the cream stays very cold. Don't let it sit on the counter.
  3. Whip on high for 2-3 minutes, or until peaks form.
  4. Do not over-whip.
  5. Enjoy!
