Menu Plan Monday: September 7th

on September 6, 2009 · 2 Comments

I went to Publix yesterday and went a little over my $10, but well worth it, because we were able to do my hubs favorite RIBS for dinner tonight!!  He has been begging for these all week and they were on sale at Publix this week for only $1.59/lb.  This is a great price for ribs.  If you are looking to get some be sure to get about 3/4 to 1 lb per person, and know that they freeze well.  The bread and bbq sauce were on sale at Kroger last week, and the corn was only $.25/ear at Publix too.  I will be posting the recipe and how to do the ribs tomorrow night, so stay tuned…
