I had one of my best shopping weeks ever, plenty to stock my pantry and I got lots to donate. My Kroger Triples trips left me with lots of beef, chocolate chips and great baking items. I guess I should have a baking day soon to start using them and get ready for the holidays! I smell Pumpkin Chocolate Chip muffins on the horizon.

Meal Plan for the week of June 29th:
Sunday:
(Lunch) Southwestern Burritos (from freezer), apples
(Dinner) Community Group – Bringing green garden salad and Nestle chocolate chip cookies (from my Publix Trip!)
Monday: Black Bean Pizza (recipe to come, if it turns out!)
Tuesday: Kielbasa sandwich, steak fries, green garden salad
Wednesday: Hamburgers, baked potato, salad
Thursday: Roasted Sticky Chicken , honey-cinnamon acorn squash, whole wheat rolls
Friday: Creamy Chicken Poppyseed, steamed broccoli, whole wheat rolls
Saturday: Southwestern Chili, cornbread muffins

Tuna Sandwiches
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, sliced apples
PB&J, sliced apples
Lean Pockets (Kroger Triples)

I love that you make peanut butter oatmeal. I love putting peanut butter in my oatmeal, and haven’t heard of too many other people who do that.
