Lots of meals with sweet potatoes this week, I got 4 bags for only $.99/ea at Aldi! I will be incorporating lots of sweet potato variations into my prep day this week too!
Well, this week I have lots of plans to start pulling together my menu items for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I will also begin making our homemade gifts for teachers and friends. A few of the homemade items we will be making are things like Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread, Sugar Cookies, Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix and more! Recipes for these will come this Tuesday and Wednesday while I will be hosting a “Christmas Prep Cooking Day” here. You can chat with me throughout the day via Twitter (#bakingday) and Facebook, and update us on what you are planning and preparing.
Have you started planning for your holiday meals? What are you making and what are your yummy recipes? I would love to hear your plans, and I am sure other readers would too! Inspire us with your ideas. Leave them in a comment below or leave a link to your blog post.
