I tried this deal this weekend at my Kroger, and was DENIED. They told me I couldn’t use the coupon because it would make the item more than 70% off the purchase price. They made it sound like a lot of people were trying to take advantage of the deal and just weren’t having this. Is this a new national policy or can local stores make their own policies?
