There is a $2/2 Listerine, Aveeno, Carefree printable coupon on Coupons.com that has been added to the CIC Fraudulent Coupon List.  However, there is some confusion about this coupon, so I thought I would clarify it is NOT the coupons being printed from Coupons.comThere was one coupon that has been copied multiple times & being sold online.

The Coupon Information Center (CIC) is an entity dedicated to fighting coupon fraud and they work closely with manufacturers and retailer to fight coupon misredemption and fraud. You can check out this list of fraudulent coupons currently out.

This is a good time to remind all of us that coupons should NEVER be copied. There are many security features included on printable coupons that assign a user ID to them and allow them to track back to you. You can check out this great post for tips on how to tell if a coupon is fraudulent or not and avoid being scammed with fraudulent coupons.

I tried using this coupon at Kroger last night (one I had printed from my computer @ coupons.com), and it would not go through. The cashier was nice enough to try entering it manually too. No luck.
