   It never gave me the opportunity to take the survey and when I click the link for earning extra points, it’s not one of the options.

   Jayna – Once you’ve signed up & are logged in, click on “Earning Reward Points” on the left side. Then click “Ways to Earn Points” and choose “New Member Registration” to earn 1,000 points. Hope that helps!
