I made a quick trip to Publix last night to grab some bread and decided to pick up a few great deals while I was there. I am hoping to get back before the week is out and do a better sweep of the deals, but I pulled this together in just a few minutes.
As you can see at the bottom of the picture, there is a new Publix coupon booklet I found. I hope to have that up soon with coupons included.
5 Vita Lox Smoked Salmon (reg $4.59/ea!)
2 Bic Disposable Razors
1 loaf bread
Total Price: $10.94
Is that salmon any good? I mean, I know that may sound like an ignorant question but I don’t mean for it to. I have bought smoked salmon for bagels and cream cheese before at the store and it was AWFUL. And I LOVE salmon of any kind. I’m scared to spend that much if it’s not any good….just curious 🙂
i don’t see what the deal was to get what you got. how did you get all that lox for so little money
She got the razors for free. I’m not sure about the bread….But the lox were BOGO at $4.59 and there were $1/2 coupons for them so for every two of them she paid $3.59. She had five so she did that deal twice and the fifth one she paid $2.30 for. So whatever $3.59×2+$2.30= is what she paid….That totals $9.48 so the bread was free or practically free, too. I think the razors were money makers, maybe .25/each toward her balance.
There are also Dollar General Market store coupons in booklets at the stores that expire on 4/30. There are Bic razor coupons as well as Franks hot sauce and Raisin Bran coupons that I stacked on top of my manuf coupons at Publix this week. Makes even better deals!
