i entered my 5 codes – but didn’t see any way to get the free book?
Check under “My Accout” in rewards or redemptions it should be listed there under “view details”.
they also send you an email with the code.

not ther or in email. i wonder if it is because two codes were bonus codes?
yeah they have to be 5 codes from a product … the bonus codes don;t work.
