After being gone a majority of last week, I am glad to be back home into a routine! I think my family is glad too :). There will be a few reruns this week, I didn’t get to many of these meals, I am hoping to start adding more variety in our meals next week. So, in order to do that I need some ideas for recipes!
If you haven’t already noticed, I have added a community to the right side of my blog , it says “Blog Frog” at the bottom. This is a “forum” type of place where you can have discussions on various topics. So, please feel free to comment here or there. I just started a discussion on Meal Plan ideas and I would love your input. What ideas do you have for me that are good, tried and true, inexpensive (somewhat) health-conscience meals?

Meal Plan for the week of February 7th:
Monday: Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry with brown rice and wheat rolls
Tuesday: Chicken Taco Salad w/ homemade taco salad dressing
Wednesday: Jambalaya, green salad, and garlic bread
Thursday: Chicken Stroganoff, steamed broccoli and wheat rolls (I keep pushing this to the next week, we never got to have it last week!)
Friday: Turkey Tetrazzini, steamed broccoli, wheat rolls
Saturday: Ribeye, broccoli, baked sweet potatos, rolls
Sunday:
(Lunch) Peach French Toast, bacon, fruit
(Dinner) Curly’s BBQ (Frozen) Sandwiches, salad, fruit

Lunches:
BlackBean Burgers, w/ lettuce and tomatoes
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, sliced apples
Quesadillas, sliced apples
single pizzas
Leftovers – BBQ sandwiches, jambalaya, stir fry

freezer waffles w/ apples
strawberry smoothie, whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter
cereal, whole wheat toast w/ jelly
breakfast burrito (egg, cheese, & salsa)
