Tonight’s Dinner is… going to be last night’s dinner, leftovers. I realized last night’s dinner and the Spinach Cream Cheese Lasagna I was scheduled to make for tonight, were very similar. Plus, my husband is taking our daughter on a Daddy-Daughter date to Chick-fil-A. I just have lots to finish from my delayed Kitchen Prep Day. I hope my little guy gets to feeling better soon.

Our neighbor had a baby last week so we are bringing over supper and making double for us! We are having ribeyes, baked potatoes, caesar salad, rolls and strawberry shortcake.
