Back in April, I told you about this coupon for $3/1 President brie. Unfortunately, the coupon is no longer available, but if you printed it then, you might want to check your local Kroger to see if they have these brie “logs” on sale. Normally priced about $6.59, I found them at a nearby Kroger on sale for $3.99 through July 17th! That makes brie just $.99 when you use the coupon!!!!
Here’s a little question for you–do you eat the white rind around the brie or do you cut it off?

My mom was born and raised in France and loved the rind. She said that was the “filet mignon” of brie cheese, but I don’t like it. I like brie, especially triple cream (soooo smooth) and used to cut off the rind and give it to her.
Does anybody know if you can freeze brie cheese? I know you can freeze chedder, colby, etc. but not sure about brie. Thanks!
Ew… I cut it off. But I LOVEEEEE Brie cheese… especially fried.
