I have had a lot of questions on readers email subscriptions. I have now reset the email post to be sent out each day between 7-9pm CST. Sometimes that doesn’t always happen (out of my control!).
But, if you like more up to date information from the blog, I would recommend you check it periodically throughout the day. That is the only way to receive updated info.
One more option is to set it up in a blog reader, like Google Reader. It will list all the blogs you follow and bold and give a number to how many posts it has updated since you checked it last.
If you do that, I do ask that you periodically click through to my blog. It will give you more info than you can get via email or a reader.
