Recently when I posted about a new way to share your favorite Faithful Provisions’ posts with your family, friends, and other contacts, many of you had questions about Google+. What is it? How do I use it? Why should I use it? Well, Google+ is the Internet’s latest thing, and it’s getting a lot of attention. Here’s a few things I like about it:
- As a very organized person, I appreciate that it’s integrated with my Gmail and all the other Google apps I enjoy using. Keeping everything in one place is always easier for me.
- I can add photos to my photo bar in the order and size that I want, unlike the lack of options on Facebook.
- Circles: This is Google+‘s way of grouping friends, family, and business connections. (Again, the ease and organization aspects are real draws for me.)

If you’re already using Google+, I’d love to know your thoughts on it!
I have a G+ account. I like what I’ve experienced already, but really in my small “circle” I’m just waiting for something to happen. I have found some interesting things on it. I keep telling people that it’s like Twitter + Facebook = G+. They don’t have to “follow” you back to see their public updates. it’s another SN tool that people haven’t found yet all too helpful to them. For me, I like it. 😀
I’m a fan. I don’t have as much going on in there as I do on facebook so far (which is understandable since it’s still by invitation-only anyways) but it’s very well set up with everything else Google-related. I am an Android phone die-hard so I am excited about how easy this is to use on my smart phone, too.
