Nothing real exciting this week. We have a crammed week and I want to keep dinner EASY! Less mess, means less cleanup, means one more thing we don’t have to do!

Meal Plan for the week of June 8th:
Sunday:
(Lunch) Leftovers
(Dinner) Church picnic
Monday: Thai Curry Soup with Bourbon Chicken Tenders (freezer)
Tuesday: Chick-fil-A (kids eat FREE night)
Wednesday: Homemade Pizza (homemade sauce and homemade dough) w/ diced ham and red pepper
Thursday: Grilled Tilapia Sandwiches, sweet potato fries (from triples), carrot salad (shredded organic carrots [Krogers last week] and ginger dressing)
Friday: Dinner out (out of town for Sat. seminar)
Saturday: Pasta, multigrain bread (from freezer) – (not sure what kind of pasta, but will use veggies, sauce and things on hand)

Lunches:
Turkey Sandwiches, chips, strawberries
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, sliced apples
PB&J, sliced apples
BLT’s, stawberries, chips
Venison bologna sandwiches
Leftovers –

Breakfast:
freezer wafffles w/ strawberries
strawberry smoothie, whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter
cereal, whole wheat toast w/ jelly
breakfast burrito (egg, cheese, & salsa)
egg sandwich w/ cheese, fruit
oatmeal, whole wheat toast, sliced apples

homemade popcorn or mini-pouches
smoothies
apples w/ peanut butter
applesauce
go-gurts
cheese slices on crackers
