I did a good job of stockpiling some meats and staples last week, so I will be completely saving up this week by only grocery shopping for my “needs”. Which are things like milk and fresh produce. I might pick up a few “free” items, but my goal is to slim down this week.

Meal Plan for the week of June 15th:
Sunday:
(Lunch) Hashbrown Spinach Quiche (from freezer), canteloupe
(Dinner) Peach French Toast, fruit and bacon
Monday: Crockpot Sticky Chicken, sugar snap peas, roasted butternut squash, whole wheat french rolls
Tuesday: Grilled Pork Chops, mashed potatoes, roasted red peppers, wheat rolls
Wednesday: Crockpot Spaghetti & Meatballs, whole grain wheat loaf (freezer), green salad w/ carrots
Thursday: Chicken Poppyseed Casserole (leftover chicken from crockpot), steamed broccoli, rice, wheat rolls
Friday: GNO Dinner for me!
Saturday: Homemade Pizza (homemade sauce and homemade dough) w/ diced ham and red pepper

Lunches:
Turkey Sandwiches, chips, strawberries
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, sliced apples
PB&J, sliced apples
BLT’s, stawberries, chips
Venison bologna sandwiches
Leftovers – chicken quesadillas, BBQ chicken sandwiches

Breakfast:
freezer waffles w/ strawberries
strawberry smoothie, whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter
cereal, whole wheat toast w/ jelly
breakfast burrito (egg, cheese, & salsa)
egg sandwich w/ cheese, fruit
oatmeal, whole wheat toast, sliced apples

homemade popcorn or mini-pouches
smoothies
apples w/ peanut butter
applesauce
go-gurts
string cheese
