Tonight’s Dinner Idea is Roast Sticky Chicken. With poultry deals this week at Kroger and Publix, chicken will be used for a couple of meals in my Weekly Meal Plan. Be sure to use the chicken carcass to make Homemade Chicken Stock. It’s better tasting (and better for you) than store-bought.
