It is so good to be back home and back to my regular schedule! I am ready to get back to cooking and planning. We are going to try to start eating a little better, since the last two weeks have been pretty shotty for us. A few meals here aren’t super healthy, but we are doing better than last week :)!!
I will be posting recipes for many of these this week, so stay tuned.

Meal Plan for the week of August 10th:
Sunday:
(Lunch) Leftovers
(Dinner) Pear Walnut Salad, whole wheat rolls
Monday: Crockpot Sticky Chicken, roasted red peppers, green salad with tomatoes
Tuesday: Creamy Chicken Enchiladas, chips n salsa, tomato and guacamole salad
Wednesday: Dinner out with friends
Thursday: BBQ Chicken PizzA, fruit, carrott salad w/ ginger dressing
Friday: Leftovers (I’m out with a friend)
Saturday: Bacon & Cheddar Burgers w/ carmelized onions, sweet potato fries, tomato and cucumber salad

Lunches:
Tomato Sandwiches (still tons coming from the garden!)
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, sliced apples, grapes
PB&J, sliced apples
Leftovers – Pulled Chicken Sandwich

strawberry smoothie, whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter
cereal, whole wheat toast w/ jelly
breakfast burrito (egg, cheese, & salsa)

oatmeal, whole wheat toast, sliced apples
